Paola Mosso, a cyber-feminist Latina activist and creative thinker, is currently executive director of the Engine Room. She leads on organizational strategy, development and fundraising, and oversees team-wide programmatic implementation. Over the past 10 years, she has advised and supported numerous technology and data initiatives from emergent and established organizations in their technology and data strategies, and has contributed to the design of various support models toward strengthening practitioners capacities. She joined the Engine Room in 2016 after leading Poderomedia Foundation’s training program for Latin American journalists, designers, and developers, and coordinating an international group that supported activists, journalists, and researchers to map networks of power.  

She works closely with feminist and social justice activists and technologists movements. She has a passion for developing and sustaining healthy, equitable and resilient organizations, and digital infrastructures.
