Mika (Jaeyun) Noh
Mika (Jaeyun) Noh is a cultural policy strategist, AI governance researcher, and author working at the intersection of technology, culture, law, and public policy. She is founder and executive director of AI Culture Lab and chair of the AI Art Forum (AIAF), where she leads research on AI governance, cultural infrastructure, digital sovereignty, and the future of creative economies.
She has advised the National Assembly of the Republic of Korea and worked across government, cultural institutions, and international policy networks on issues, including AI regulation, copyright, digital transformation, creative labor, and cultural data governance. Her writing has appeared in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice, GovInsider Asia, ENCATC Magazine, VKTR, and other international publications.
Noh is the author of Curating Intelligence: The Playbook for Art, Governance, and the New Global Economy (2026). Her research focuses on how AI systems reshape cultural institutions, public trust, collective memory, and democratic governance in the digital age.
