Maddie Aleman is a cultural worker and community designer from Queens, NY. She is currently the community organizer at the Integrity Institute, a think tank that advances the theory and practice of protecting the social internet. Her areas of expertise include launching application cycles for artists and tech workers, digital event production, and helping values-centered communities thrive. At NEW INC, she focused on cultivating an equitable and vibrant community by prioritizing member engagement, recruitment, and mentorship. She coproduced member gatherings with artists and collectives, including BreadxButta, Hannah Traore Gallery, Recreational Meetings, and Colectiva Cósmica.

Aleman served as an External Evaluator for the 2023–2025 Just Tech Fellowship.
